From the app (fastest)
Open Finscious > Settings > Delete my data. This deletes, at once and for good, the data on your phone, your Google Drive backup and its key. From app version 1.6.4, it also schedules your account record (your name, email and activity signal) for deletion, and it is erased within 30 days. It cannot be undone. Uninstalling Finscious also removes the data on your phone.
If you have already uninstalled Finscious, your phone's data is gone, but an encrypted backup may still be in your Google Drive. To delete it, open Google Drive on the web, go to Settings > Manage apps > Finscious > Options > Delete hidden app data. Without that backup, the key kept in your Google account cannot unlock anything. You can also remove Finscious's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections.
If the Drive backup cannot be deleted at that moment, the app tells you, and you can remove it yourself in Google Drive, under Settings > Manage apps. If we cannot be reached from the app at that moment, email support@finscious.com from your account email address and we will erase your account record.
Accounts from earlier versions
If you created an account with an earlier version of Finscious, we may still hold your name, email address, consent records and settings, and any data you kept there. If you still have that version, you can use its Settings > Delete My Account. Or email support@finscious.com from the email address on that account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will start within 7 days, and erase it within 30 days after that, except any record the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
